The deal between you and Ya Screen. Short on purpose.
Last updated October 18, 2026. Ya Screen is run by Hagens Media (“we”). By making an account you agree to these terms.
Your account
Keep your password to yourself. You’re responsible for what happens in your account, including what your team does.
Your stuff
What you upload stays yours. You give us permission to store it and play it on your screens. You need the rights to everything you put on a screen in a business, including music in videos, stock photos and fonts.
What’s not allowed
Nothing illegal, hateful or sexual, nothing that breaks someone else’s rights, and no attempts to break into or overload Ya Screen. We can pause an account that does this.
Plans and paying
- Free: up to 10 screens. After 3 months, free screens show a small Ya Screen badge.
- Paid plans are billed monthly, in US dollars, before each month. Taxes may be added.
- You can change or cancel any time. When you cancel, your plan runs to the end of the month you paid for. We don’t refund partial months.
- If a payment fails and isn’t fixed, we may pause your screens until it is.
- If we change prices, we’ll email you at least 30 days before.
Keeping it running
We work hard to keep Ya Screen up, and your screens keep playing saved content if our service is down. But we can’t promise it will never be interrupted. Your TVs, players, power and internet are on your side.
Limits
Ya Screen is provided as is. As far as the law allows, we aren’t liable for lost profits or indirect damages, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the last 3 months.
Closing an account
You can close your account any time. We can close accounts that break these terms or go unused on the free plan for a long time, with notice by email when we can.
Changes
We may update these terms. If a change matters, we’ll email account owners before it takes effect.
